To identify community issues and gaps in needed services. To facilitate creative solutions to community needs and problems through involvement of individuals, groups, and agencies.

Services: Information about Brooks and area service and recreational clubs. Information and referrals to various human service agencies. Assist individuals with service coordination, referrals and support with the goal of developing greater self-reliance. Information on social, medical and family issues affecting our communities.
Provide a community volunteer directory for those wanting to contribute their time and skills to others. Assist newcomers to Canada, Alberta, or Brooks with settlement issues or questions.
Provide early advocacy and support for individuals to become empowered and capable of managing change.
Create opportunities to discuss and implement effective solutions to common interests and concerns.
Provide flexible and evolving services in response to changing community needs.
