Citizen Advocacy is a community-based program which aims to recognize, protect and promote the rights and interests of persons in the community who may have limited experience with healthy relationships. The Medicine Hat & District Citizen Advocacy Society also has a number of programs that can be accessed by the community.

Services: Most of programs are geared towards encouraging relationships and promoting inclusion within the community of Medicine Hat & surrounding area. Some of our programs include: Financial Adminstration Pilot Program, Guide At Your Side, Guardianship/Personal Directives, Communuity Advocacy and the Advocate/Protege Matches.
Special events: Citizen Advocacy holds monthly Bingos and Annual Casinos as fundraisers.
Membership/service fees: $5.00/year
Eligibility criteria for services or membership: None - most of our services are targeted toward individuals 18 years and older.
